What we collect
When you tell us about a property — through this site, by phone, or by email — we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, the number of units, occupancy, and the situation you describe. If you send a message, we keep that too. We don't gather information you don't give us.
How we use it
We use what you share to review your property, respond to your request, and, if it fits, to talk with you about an acquisition, a lease-up, or advisory work. That's the purpose. We don't use it to build a list we rent to anyone, and we don't use it to send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Data sharing
We share contact information with our affiliated brands under common ownership so the one that fits your request can respond; we never sell it. Beyond that, we share details only where we need to move a deal forward — with a lender, a title company, an attorney, or a closing agent — and only the parts each one needs to do their part.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we're working on your request and for as long as records reasonably need to be kept. If you ask us to delete it, we'll remove what we can and tell you plainly what we have to hold onto and why.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. You can also tell us not to contact you again, and we won't. Send any of these requests to investment@kwcommercial.com.
